IN-SEASON = Week before Memorial Day through Labor Day.

OFF-SEASON = March through week before Memorial Day and from first weekend after Labor Day through the last weekend of October.

*Reservations require valid credit card for one night's stay authorization.  Must be at least 23 years old to make a reservation.

*72 hr. cancellation notice required after Labor Day Weekend to Memorial Day Weekend.

*7 days cancellation notice required Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day Weekend.

*Non-compliance of cancellation policy will result with charge for 1 night's stay plus a processing fee of 15% of entire reservation amount.

*Call for five-night off-season rate specials for Sun through Thurs stay. Does not apply with early checkout.

*Two-night minimum on all non-holiday weekends and at all times between Memorial Day and Labor Day, excluding holiday minimums.

*Rates are seasonal, subject to change, and based on double occupancy. Add $5 per night for each additional adult.  Rates are also higher on Holidays and Weekends.

-Pets   *$75 fee charged when animals or evidence of animals found.
